This lightweight platform is one of a series of seven built and installed at a
manufacturing plant in Grimsby.
The platforms were all built in our workshop, taken
apart and shipped to site where they were installed by our own
craftsmen.
Each platform was different and
individually made. We pride ourselves on our bespoke service.
The set of pictures below show a recent installation
of an access platform. The first thing we do is a complete site
survey and ascertain exactly where the platform will be sited and also
to understand the customers requirements. A CAD drawing was then
produced for the customers records and also for our workshop fabrication
team. The platform was then built complete in our workshop to make
sure everything was the right size and it was what the customer
required. Finally the platform was dismantled, transported to site
and erected into its final position. We offer a complete bespoke
design and build service for all our customers. Please ask for
further details.

This 13 metre long x 2 metres wide
lightweight ramp is
nearing completion in our workshop.
It will be taken apart in sections
and shipped to site. The ramp was built for Balfour Beatty. Anglia
Composites are preferred suppliers to Balfour Beatty.
This picture shows a small section
of a large project for Malvern District Council.
The Malvern Theatres building needed badly corroded wooden roof walkways
replaced. Anglia Composites designed and installed the walkways entirely
on site. This shows our skill and dexterity when it comes to fibreglass
structures.
The project took just 3 weeks from start to
finish.
The lightweight walkways are completely corrosion resistant and
will give many years of maintenance free life.
This is one of two lightweight platforms built for
Stagecoach Metrolink in Manchester.
Anglia Composites supplied gratings, handrails, ladders, stairs and
safety cages.
The safety cage (at the top of the stairs) is used to prevent access
from people who are not supposed to be there. The lightweight walkways are completely corrosion resistant and
will give many years of maintenance free life.

The customer required this platform urgently. When the order was
received the platform was built and delivered to site within a week.
The platform has handrails all around and will be used for
inspection.
The platform is shown in our workshop having a final inspection
before delivery by our own transport.
